Today’s beautiful wedding  comes from the talented Kristen Leigh. Kristen had the unique opportunity to photograph a fun filled carnival-themed wedding! Read on as she tells us about meeting the bride and learning more about the big event…

“Tara, her long blonde hair and even longer legs came whirling into Starbucks.  She looked wind blown, natural and happy.  She smiled introducing herself, smiled ordering her coffee, smiled drinking her coffee, smiled sitting at the red table – she basically just smiled.  Tara told a funny joke and gave my arm a little squeeze and rolled back in her seat, then continued to tell me about her wedding plans.”

“Its going to be at a park near my parents house. We’re trying to do a fun, elegant carnival theme.” My fair-loving-ears perked up. Tell me more”

“We want it to be very colorful– we are going to rent the carousal at the park! — with good music, hopefully from a live band!”  She went on and on about her ideas for this splendid wedding at Glen Echo park and she reeled me in – hook, line and sinker.”

I am so thankful for these beautiful images that Josh D. Weiss Photography of Atlanta is sharing with us! Josh and I met recently when we were working on a project together.  He’s a  great guy and very unobtrusive when he takes pictures.  I guess that’s one of the reasons why he can capture all of this emotion easily; plus the fact that he freelances for The Associated Press and has a background in sports photography.

This beautiful couple, Gwen & Henry were married this fall in Buckhead. Our best wishes and many blessings are extended to them!

I was so excited that photographers Kelly La Bruyere of True Expressions Photography of Atlanta and Sheryl Renee of Manna PhotoGraphics in South Carolina offered to share this beautiful wedding with us. The colors in this wedding are a perfect compliment to the gorgeous fall foliage display that South Carolina is blessed with.

Today I am thrilled to present the wedding of my sweet friends Jon & Amanda. They were recently married in Amanda’s home state of Florida and I was so excited when their photographer Rhett Pyle sent over these pictures. They look so sweet and happy and that is exactly how I would describe them!

Here is Amanda wearing a True Blind Faith original in her beautiful blonde hair. I still remember the first time I met her…at a poker game in Scottsdale! A short time later she met Jon at church and discovered that nice guys really do exist.  She mentioned her interest to a friend who in turn mentioned it the Pastor who kindly asked permission to tell Jon of his secret admirer. Kudos to Jon, for he wasted no time in pursuit of happiness. As soon as he found out that he had caught the eye of Amanda, he turned up the charm.

We were all thrilled when they announced their engagement! Amanda declared she was marrying the man of her dreams! *Sigh* Jon and Amanda  both felt so blessed to have found each other and were so excited to commit to a  life together as Mr and Mrs. I am so very happy for them both!
